Services: 10-day on-site service*
The 10-Day On-Site Service is a premium and very comprehensive service package, unique
to the UK.
Based on a formula very popular on the Swiss Property market, the service covers every management, technical, creative and customer care aspect involved in preparing a property for its sale.
After a thorough appraisal and planning stage, offering you a menu of premium care options, we set about correcting your property's value positioning in a maximum of 10 days on site:
Day 1: we personally transfer you to the hotel or spa option chosen and prearranged for the 10-day duration, and undertake the removal of your belongings to safe storage.
Day 2-8: our designers and workers then focus on the now empty property, working hard to redress all the eye-catching non-structural defects that rob it of its value.
Day 9: we re-install only those of your possessions that have been preselected as suitable for show, and finish the dressing and styling of the property with hired or bought style items (again, as prearranged)
Day 10: at the end of this final day, the property is refreshed, restyled and ready for its sale.
We take pictures, call in your agents, ask them to value (or re-value).
Clients of our 10-Day On-Site Service can also enjoy unlimited contact with their Full Effect manager. This is provided to ensure their total comfort at the prearranged hotel or spa, to reassure them about the safekeeping of their personal effects and give them the required level of updating whilst the work on their property is carried out.
