The cost for any makeover programme will be based on an itemised inspection and analysis of the property, including any outside areas that need attention under the proposed programme.

A clear budget outline will be provided under this section that will incorporate design and implementation elements, crucial to making your property more desirable to potential buyers.

There will be an initial upfront charge for the Property Inspection Report (PIR) which will depend on the size of your property. A guideline of this cost can be given over the phone or via email once we have received details of your property.

It is important to appreciate that The Full Effect is a one-stop shop who takes care of all of the services, either in-house or out-sourced that are leading to the final result - the successful sale of your property.

All makeover programmes are costed individually based on the size of your property and the work required.
